We’ve compiled the claims of our prior clients so that you can review their experiences when faced with a claim-based rebuild. Just like the example claims, yours may be improperly denied or only need a few standard supplemental requests. Whatever the course may be, JRB Enterprises will guide you through it.

Once you’ve reviewed the Claim Information section and feel that it’s necessary to pursue an insurance claim, simply select your insurance provider from the list below in order to begin the claim process. An adjuster will then be assigned to assess the damage and you will be informed of the date on which your property will be inspected. In order to expedite the restoration of your property, we recommend that one of our team members be present during this inspection. Prior to calling your insurance carrier or utilizing their online claim service, please have the following information ready:

  • Your policy number
  • Date that damage occurred
  • Description of the damage
  • Contractor information (If we’ve inspected the property and recommended filing a claim)
  • Information regarding any tenants on-site or special access instructions for the property
